Deseamos comentar que nuestra estadía en el hotel fue maravillosa , excelente servicio al cliente todos amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier pregunta , lugares a visitar , transporte en fin pendiente de cada detalle . Pero quiero hacer llegar una mención muy especial a la jerencia del hotel, el muchacho de la reception su nombre es Hernesto .gracias Hernesto por ir la extra milla de atenciones hacia nosotros muy profesional , educación ,conocimiento y trato al cliente . EL HOTEL ESTÁ MUY BIEN UBICADO SU PERSONAL LO HACE SENTIR A UNO CADA DÍA COMO EN CASA PERO NOSOTROS TENEMOS UNA CRÍTICA CONSTRUCTIVA Y ES QUE EL HORARIO DE LA PISCINA Q ESTÁ UBICADA EN EL 5o PISO DEBERÍA DE SER DE 7pm a 10pm EN VEZ DE 10Am a 7Pm XQ EL SOL DE DÍA PEGA MUY FUERTE Y ADEMÁS ES CUANDO UNO SALE A PASEAR Y AL REGRESAR LA PISCINA YA ESTA CERRADA, NO PUDIMOS USAR LA PISCINA NI UNA SOLA VEZ Y ALGO MÁS Q NO DEJEN INGRESAR PERROS Q EL JUEVES NO NOS DEJARON DORMIR.

I just got back from my visit to Cartagena at Hotel Santa Catalina and it was a beautiful hotel located close to all of the attractions in a very nice part of the walled city. The hotel itself is significantly historical and is definitely worth staying in, but that isn’t the main reason I will return. The true beauty in the hotel is within the people working there and the level of service they provide! While everyone I encountered was in some way a positive interaction, there were 2 people who stood out to me above the rest. The first person is Jean who managed the front desk, and the second was Yene who cleaned our rooms. They were both very personable, professional, and helpful with anything I could ask for and went above and beyond what was expected.

La pasamos muy genial, me entretuve mucho con mi familia visitando los museos y dando paseos por la playa, además las habitaciones eran bastante cómodas y limpias, nos gustó muchísimo.

L'hotel è lussuoso e ha molti servizi interessanti a portata di mano, si può anche gustare tutta la cucina più esclusiva di Cartagena con una splendida vista dalla terrazza, era semplicemente affascinante.
